Payment

Payment can be made via the secure PayFast online portal, which accepts both Visa and Master Card credit cards, or via EFT (manual bank transfer). Just click ‘Add to Cart’ on the item that you’re wanting to buy, and when you’ve finished your shopping click on the Cart icon at the top of the page, and then select ‘Checkout’.

At the end of the checkput process you will be asked whether you want to do a PayFast payment or an EFT transfer. If you select PayFast you will be redirect to the secure PayFast portal to process your online payment. If you select EFT, you will recieve an email with the relevant bank details and other details for making your payment, and your item will be reserved for 3 days. If your purchase is not paid for withn 3 days, it will become available again for other customers to purchase.

Checked out products will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full, including postage and delivery services.


Postage

Old & Made is small, start-up online service, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We have made every effort to keep our postage service as simple and cost effective as possible. We post smaller products only, using a courier service. Larger items will require you to arrange your own courier service for collection.

Alternatively there is also free collection in the Johannesburg area. Collections can be arranged around the Melville, Linden or Fourways areas. Once you have completed your purchase, we will contact you to arrange the collection.

Items will only be posted once a week on Fridays or Saturday mornings.
